Context packs are signed, versioned bundles of public legal and regulatory material, organized by corridor and jurisdiction. They're what gets shipped back to local DueCare runs so every grounded answer cites a verifiable source.

Every snippet that ends up in a corridor pack came from a public source, was proposed as a diff, was reviewed by a human curator, and was vetted before distribution.

Worker-paid recruitment fees and related costs are prohibited under the receiving-employer-pays principle. The receiving employer in Qatar is responsible for all costs of recruitment, including agency commission, medical exams, and travel.
